Afro High Fashion Shoot (Part 2)

A while back I shot a high fashion shoot inspired by African fashions. It was amazing working with the team once again. If you missed part one click here. One of the most interesting things about this shoot is that there were 3 photographers and 4 models. Therefore, like clock work we all took turns working with each photographer.

The photographer that I worked with in this photo set is Shaun Maddox, from New Jersey. He is becoming one of my favorite photographers. Shaun has an amazing personality and is very easy to work with. He also produces some amazing photos.

Can't wait to share more pictures with you all but in the meantime.

Rich K. Sanders| Men's Style Series

I had the pleasure of shoot with Rich K. Sanders, a Philadelphia photographer who known around town for his great personality and music connections. Sanders recently decided to work more with fashion. By getting more involved with fashion Sanders decided to take the "road less traveled". He chose to do a street wear blog where he would post weekly interview stylish men and see what inspires them and how they define their style. By focusing directly on men style breaks him away from the pack.

Kimono

It's always the best with when your brother is creative. I love the way this look moves as you walk! The movement in my pants are much more then just the motion they create as you but also the vertical pleats that add stretching and direct your eyes. These pants direct your eyes without you even moving. The kimono is the statement piece. This Japanese wrap has bright and colorful colors with a soft and light feel that keep you feeling decadent.

109th THA Headwear Association

I had the joy of a lifetime being apart of the 109th THA Dinner & Hat Fashion Show. Meeting everyone was one of the true high lights. THA stands the The Headwear Association. This was there second year in a row incorporating a fashion show into the dinner. At the event they had looks from Stetson, Kangol, Broner, Magid, Wallaroo, Callanan, Biltmore, Dobbs, Giovannio, SanDiego Hat Co., American Hat Makers and The Milliner’s Guild showcased their exquisite, handmade hats in our fashion show as well. It was a truly amazing event. There was also an open bar and meals prepared by Loeb Central Park Boathouse. I next year I will be able to be apart of this fabulous event again.

Candid Shots | Black Panther Stylized Shoot

Working with the whole was truly amazing but one of the best things about the shoot, is the photographer, Shaun Maddox, who was taking behind the scene shots/ candids. Each photo has so much passion and tells a story. You get lost in the fantasy that was organically produced by the positive energy contained in the studio. Have a look and tell me if any of these photos speak to you on any level.

Catching The Rays/ Summer Sun

Great is the sun, and wide he goes
Through empty heaven with repose;
And in the blue and glowing days
More thick than rain he showers his rays.

Though closer still the blinds we pull
To keep the shady parlour cool,
Yet he will find a chink or two
To slip his golden fingers through.

The dusty attic spider-clad
He, through the keyhole, maketh glad;
And through the broken edge of tiles
Into the laddered hay-loft smiles.

Meantime his golden face around
He bares to all the garden ground,
And sheds a warm and glittering look
Among the ivy's inmost nook.

Above the hills, along the blue,
Round the bright air with footing true,
To please the child, to paint the rose,
The gardener of the World, he goes.

5 Shades of Terence Mad

I got the amazing opportunity to work with a photographer named Steven S. Harrington, based in Philadelphia. Working with him was truly amazing. Honestly one of the easiest and fastest shoots I've ever been on. Harrington was very kind and let me do my thing as he shot me from different angles. For an example, he told me to just be myself and he made me feel really comfortable so I could do so. Plus there was beer on set, so you know that always helps! I hope you enjoy the pictures and let me know what you think.

Bad Girls Club

When you're getting ready to go out and you're a little tipsy, you will do some pretty crazy things. Gabriel Reignbow and I created a master piece on snapchat that we would love to share with you. As you saw in my Atlantic City post I was in Atlantic City. I know, extremely redundant but while we were in Atlantic City we wanted to make a music video. Unforantanly, the music video never came to be but we were able to create an amazing parody of the Bad Girls Club. Showing how ridiculous yet comical the show actually is. In light of the new season premiering in February, I have my money down that something just as harebrained as this video is going to happen on this season of Bad Girls Club. So check out the video and tell me what you think!

Leopard & Fur Boomer

What can honestly be said about this look, it's amazing. When Brian Brigantti told me to put the leperd top with my fur bomber jacket I was completely shocked. I told him that I never thought about adding this two items together. He told me that he has notice a lot of fashion editorials doing less match matchy work and more so pieces added together. When I placed this look on I had to do a double take. This look is everything and  I was felling myself

Art

This photo collection is a complete work of art. I love this look from head to toe, everything in it tells a story. My younger cousin came over to me after I showed her this photo collection and she told me you look like you should be in a museum. Thanks Brian Brigantti for making me look so good!

Drama

You know I love some drama. Everything about this look is dramatic, from the long denim coat to the stripped pants. Although all these items have their own unique look it was every interesting to see how Brain Brigantti put this look together. I think this look was on brand for who I am as a model; daring, unique and fun.

Unconventional New Year's Look

My New Year look was a little different. I wanted to wear something that was going to have a meaning. As we all know, the end of 2016 was crazy. It seemed like everyone was dying; not the best way to end the year. So for my look I wanted to it to be the death of 2016.

Concrete Jungle

While I was Shooting with Brian Brigantti we cam across some very interesting things. For an example, as we were walking down the street we came across this awesome gold leaf and this fence full of ivy. So, like any logical thinking human being we took what the universe gave as and made lemonade.

All H&M

The fact this look is completely from H&M excites me. The thought that you can look amazing without spending the the money to match it is incredible. This shoot is was shot by Brian Brigantti. He is an amazing photographer and it was a pleasure to work with him. Brian was funny, understanding, and very knowledgeable.

Fashion Friday: Shade

When I was creating this look, I was heavily inspired by the Real Housewives. From the linen blend pants to the oversized sun hat, I was gagging!
