Obessions of the Month: January

Hello everyone and I just have to say that this is every excited! The very first obsessions of the month for the year! And I must say, I had to go on a search to find my self and fall back in love with what I've become accustom to. I remember back even last year I had so much drive and determination but it seems as of the last couple of months, I have just not been able to put my best foot foreword. Ive been slacking.I realize that and I would love to apologize. Well there is good news. I fell like I have fallen back in love. Mainly because I saw and watched so many people do what they love. Hearing there stories and how they fought to get were they are just touched me! So this this month's obsessions are all about people and things that just never said never. And fought for what they love and achieved it! So take a look, and as always if you messed last months click HERE!

3. Versace
We all know about that Versace family. How Gianni Versace started it and had Donatella helping him out. They had a nice feedback. Gianni would ask a question and Donatella would answer. Gianni would make it one way. Donatella would come back through and change it. But only little things like the height of a dress and or to have heels or not. Keeping in touch of the sexiness of Versace. But all of that changed when Gianni Versace was killed in fort of his Miami mansion. Then the killer killed himself. He also killed my before Gianni. Never caught until it was to late. Having all of us wondering why?

But Versace could of done one of two things! Continue or stop. They chose to move on up the hill. Pushing the limits just as Gianni did before her.  Definitely making statement pieces! And ever giving up!

2. Earth Kitt

There isn't much to say. She and Oprah say it all. Have a look for you self:

1. Grace Jones

With a bone structure like that you cannot not remember this face! Grace Jones is thee sign of freedom, power and glamour! Grace was born in Jamaica. Born of family full of pastor, she grew up with a really strict childhood. She then came to New York. As her career started off as a model she didn't quite get expected by the U.S. fashion world. But as soon as she hit Paris she was a hit! She modeled for about 6 years. She model for designers like Thierry Murgler, Pop magazine, and Yves St. Laurent Then she was "discovered" in a night club just having fun and living it up. Her first in 1979, then the rest was history! The music began to flow as well as the creativeness form her and Jean-Paul Goude (also the father of her child). She then began doing movies like Vamp, Boomerang, and A View To Kill. She was working so much that she didn't have the time to sleep but that did change a personality! She is a delight to interview! If there is anyone that I would love to interview and ask for advice it would have to Grace Jones! Doing everything and being so fierce.

Here are some amazing videos and songs by Grace Jones that are just to duke for!

This next one is a stellar song. There wasn't a video made for it but you can only imagine what it would look like!
This last one that I'm going to show you is a little bit of a softer side!
