I've spotted this new and exciting trend on the runway, spring 2013. The look consists of a simple blazer with a dress or a skirt under. This trend has been seen on the runway by Rachel Zoe, Marc Jacobs, and Dior. I'm really happy about this because you have an unlimited amount of freedom with the trend. For an example you can pair this look with booties, wedges, or even flats. The jewelry can be simple to very crazy. Ether way, this look can be very fetch.
