This collection was try fun and cool! That's one of the main reason way this has to be one of my sping and summer favorites! From the tie die coats to the short shorts, all the way back around to the color blocking and the (mismatch) matching patterns. This collection had me intrigued the whole time! As it should because Phenomenon has been around since 2010. A new designer with new insight!
